How to get Registration Certificate of Nepal Health Professional Council (NHPC)?
If you are wishing to
get the licensing certificate or registration certificate, then you are here at
the right place. I will tell you detailed step-by-step about the procedures.
Step 1: Required
Documents
First of all, you have
to prepare all the documents as mentioned below :
• Nepali Citizenship certificate
• SLC or SEE mark sheet and character certificate
• I Sc or 10+2 mark sheet and character certificate
(or diploma)
• Bachelor professional degree mark sheet and
character certificate (If Bachelor's)
• Master professional degree mark sheet and character
certificate
• Original or provision certificate of bachelor level
and Master from affiliated university
• Equivalence certificate in case of foreign degrees
(bachelor or master or both whichever applicable)
• If foreign degree is from countries that require
VISA, then photocopy of passport and VISA
• For foreign degrees, they must submit a copy of
curriculum and prospectus of related college
• For foreign degrees, you also need to have log book
(hard copy to be submitted on the date of submitting documents at office after
passing exams)
Step 2: Online
registration
Fill up the online
registration form from https://nhpc.gov.np/beta/ in the "new registration" given in
the menu bar.
You have to have
scanned copies of all the above mentioned documents or simply take photos from
your high-resolution mobile camera in adequate lighting condition. You can
convert those file into pdf through CamScanner app or reduce the size of jpeg
image as mentioned
Special consideration
should be made while uploading your profile photo because it should be the
passport size photo and it will be the same photo that will appear in your final
registration or license certificate. So, don't upload haphazard photo because,
there is high chance that your application will be rejected if your profile
photo does not meet criteria. So, just go to the photo studio, take photos in
plain white background, print it and also ask the technician/photographer to
provide the same photo in soft copy in pen-drive or simply request to sent it
to your email.
Upload those documents in the desired sections
to get the admit card, go to admit card section> print the admit card > save it in your compute and print it later on.
You can keep on
updating your information until the deadline because once you start your application
and discontinue then you can always resume because it is saved.
You should also upload
the bank voucher to show the proof of payment. The payment for Master's,
Bachelor's and Diploma level is NPR 3000. Deposit the amount in the following
bank and accounts:
Nepal SBI Bank= 20435240100008
Himalayan Bank= 00200574660016
Rastriya Banijya Bank= 115000213301
You can pay the fee via
ConnectIPS or eSewa/Khalti whatever, but save the pdf with transaction IDS. You
can upload the same in the application.
For the third (tritiya)
level, there is no examination, just pay NPR 750 for Nepali degree or 1550 for
foreign degree, submit the documents and wait for the further notice
Be sure that your
application is approved by the computer operator before the deadline.
If rejected before
deadline, they will tell you the cause or any missing document and you can
upload accordingly
Inquiry can be done
through email: [email protected] or
phone number (office time of working days): 014373118, 014375079
The application
verification takes place in different three levels
§ computer operator's level - just verifies if the documents
are missing or not
§ three subject specific professionals: if you seek
bachelor of optometry certificate then three optometrists will separately
verify your documents
§ subject committee head will verify the application

approved from all levels then you have to wait for the announcement date of
